Dear Parents,

The Real Madrid Clinic and the Real Madrid World Challenge 2025 are now behind us, and I would like to take a moment to reflect with you and draw some important conclusions from the experiences we’ve had.

An Unforgettable Experience in Madrid

For all participants in the Real Madrid Clinic, it was an unforgettable experience to visit this incredible city, see the Bernabéu Stadium, and experience the training facilities of Real Madrid first-hand. These memories will undoubtedly stay with the children for a long time and will accompany them on their future sports journeys. It was a unique opportunity to work with the best coaches in the world and develop in a way that is only possible in such an environment.

The Real Madrid World Challenge 2025

The World Challenge 2025 is also now behind us. It was an eventful week, where our children from Antalya gave their best and were even dreaming of the title until the very last moment. The kids performed excellently and returned home with great results. I am very proud of the effort and performance of all the participants. Their development is the true success, and this success is invaluable to me as a coach and mentor.

Expectations and Realities

That said, as your point of contact and someone who knows you well, I want to emphasize that these tournaments and camps should not be viewed as an immediate stepping stone for success and breakthroughs. As you know, I like to put things in the right perspective and temper unrealistic expectations. These events are primarily about providing children with experiences that will help them become self-confident individuals, not tournaments where they will emerge as finished players, ready to be discovered by scouts.

The Real Madrid Clinic and the World Challenge are not events where children stand out as „complete players“ and get discovered by scouts. Rather, they offer an opportunity to develop new skills, build confidence, and compete on an international level. It’s about valuing the experiences and learning processes that help the children grow as both players and individuals.

The True Value of These Events

It’s important to understand that these camps and tournaments aren’t just about competition. The true value lies in personal development and building self-confidence. We want our children to learn how to handle pressure, assert themselves in an international environment, and develop the skills that will advance them in both their athletic and personal growth.

Our Coaches and AICOSPORTS Growth

At these events, I’ve had the chance to meet many people and companies who will support us in our goal of becoming one of the best youth development centers in Turkey. These connections are invaluable and will help us grow not only as a sports organization but also as a community.

With this goal in mind, it is incredibly important for me to visit various tournaments with different athletic demands at different locations, to learn other training methods, meet other coaches, and experience different perspectives and leadership styles. This ensures that we continue to improve and work at the highest level.

Our coaches also benefit greatly from these experiences. During the Real Madrid Clinic in Madrid, our coaches received top ratings. This feedback is very valuable and confirms that we are on the right path. Soon, our coaches will not only be able to mentor the next generation of talent here in Antalya, but they will also be able to train new coaches themselves.

A Look Ahead

I hope you, as parents, can view these events in the right light. The journey and the experiences are what will prepare the children for their future – not the title or the position on the podium. Our goal is to strengthen them as individuals who believe in themselves and are ready to give their best every day, both on the field and in life.

In the coming days, we will share with you a sheet with a brief survey so that we can better plan the upcoming season together with you.

With best regards,

Inanc Armitli
