Through tournaments, camps, Talent ID events and international programs organised by AICOSPORTS, we create new development and career opportunities for players. Each program is tailored to the player’s age, performance level and individual goals—and professionally managed by AICOSPORTS from start to finish.

Events that make development visible

At our events and international programs, players show how they respond under real conditions, make decisions and perform to their potential. Our events combine sporting challenges with personal development, international experience and concrete opportunities. They give players the chance to compete, gain new inspiration and identify the next step on their individual journey. It is about self-confidence, direction, encounters and experiences that reach far beyond the pitch. Events are an integral part of the AICOSPORTS Pathway.

Performance Camps

For ambitious players who want to train more intensively and improve their performance.

These camps combine demanding training sessions with professional routines, performance analysis and clear development goals. Players experience what it means to train for several days in a focused environment.

Development Camps

For players in lower ages who want to improve their fundamentals and take the next step.

The focus is on technique, game understanding, movement and confidence. These basic programs suit committed players at different levels and create a bridge between regular training and performance-oriented development lower ages.

Talent ID & Scouting

For players who want to show their potential and discover new sporting opportunities.

Players are observed and evaluated in realistic training and match situations. Depending on the program, this may lead to recommendations for further camps, international programs, scholarships or club opportunities.

Position & Skills Camps

For ambitious players who want to work specifically on positional or technical abilities.

These camps focus on defined areas such as goalkeeping, finishing, speed, one-on-one play, game intelligence or positional behaviour. Programs include Goalkeeper Camp, Finishing Camp, Speed & Agility and Game Intelligence for ambitious athletes

International Experience

For performance players who want to combine sport, travel and international experiences.

Participants train in a new environment, discover different football cultures and gain experience beyond their everyday routine. Training, international encounters and cultural activities come together in one shared experience.

Family & Experience Camps

For children and families who want to enjoy sport without constant performance pressure.

These programs combine movement, community and shared experiences. They are designed especially for younger participants, families, international guests and players seeking a motivating introduction to sport during family vacations.
