The AICOSPORTS Pathway brings these opportunities together in one structured development system. Based on each player’s age, performance level and personal goals, we plan the next meaningful steps – from academy training, match experience and performance testing to international programmes, Talent ID events and sports scholarships.
THE SPORTING FOUNDATION
Development Starts in Training.
The AICOSPORTS Academy forms the foundation of the Pathway. In age- and level-appropriate training groups, players develop their technical skills, game understanding, coordination and physical abilities.
The Academy is the starting point for every next step within the AICOSPORTS Pathway.
REGULAR MATCH EXPERIENCE
Development Requires Real Games.
Players need to apply what they learn under real competitive conditions, make decisions under pressure and take responsibility on the pitch.
Internal matchdays, league games, friendlies and tournaments provide regular match experience and allow players to compete against different opponents. This creates valuable insight for coaches and scouts.

With athletIQ Performance Tests, we assess key athletic areas such as speed, agility, power, reaction and endurance.
The results make strengths and development areas visible. Repeated testing shows progress over time and helps players, coaches and parents plan the next steps more precisely.
COMBINING SPORT AND EDUCATION
Use Football to Access International Education.
Not every talented player becomes a professional. Football can still open important opportunities for the future.
Through our partnership with Keystone Sports, we support suitable athletes in exploring sports scholarships at colleges and universities in the USA and Canada. Sporting ability, academic performance, language skills and personal goals all form part of the process.
